We currently ship products across India, covering urban and rural areas alike.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.
  • Certain heavy/bulky or remote location orders may incur additional charges, which will be shown at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metropolitan cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that actual delivery time may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, or festive periods.

4. Courier Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, Ekart, and others to ensure reliable shipping services across India.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and link to track your order online.

6. Delayed / Failed Deliveries

  • In rare cases of delivery delays due to natural calamities, political unrest, or courier issues, we will keep you informed proactively.
  • If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or phone number, we will contact you for reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • For any failed delivery attempts, you will be notified by the courier partner.

7. Packaging

We ensure all orders are packed securely using tamper-proof and protective packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

8. International Shipping

Currently, RightClickMart.com ships only within India. We do not support international shipping at this time.
